THE INSTALLATION PROCESS
First, we begin by diamond grinding the surface down to the bare concrete to ensure the coating properly adheres. This includes the removal of any existing coatings and the filling of any cracks, spalling or any other necessary repairs to the concrete.
The installation process is comprised of three main parts which, depending on the size of the floor, will take just 1-2 days.
Then, we apply a base coat with added moisture mitigation system. Once evenly applied, flakes in the color of your choice are broadcasted to evenly fall and coat every square inch of the coated floor. We then let this sit and dry for about an hour to ensure the flakes are fully adhered to the floor.
Helvetica Light is an easy-to-read font, with tall and narrow letters, that works well on almost every site.
When drying is completed, we then return and collect the loose flake from he top of the floor. This includes scraping and vacuuming to leave a smooth, even surface for a clean top coat application. Once completely loose flake-free, the top coat is applied and evenly distributed over the flake floor, leaving it with a glossy and polished finish.
